• Telegram data: Your Telegram user ID and chat ID when you connect your account to receive alerts

• Payment data: Billing handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and plan tier, not card details
• Usage data: Logs and analytics to run and improve the service

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

• Provide commute alerts and AI briefings on Telegram
• Personalise alerts based on your chosen lines and routes
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send login codes and service-related emails
• Improve the product and fix issues

3. How we use your data

Your data is stored securely and used only to deliver the service. We process it on the basis of your consent (when you sign up), contract performance (to provide alerts), and our legitimate interests (service improvement, security).

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
